-Corporate environment but ran like a small company with small teams; most executives are approachable most of the time if need to talk -Variable responsibilities given the small teams, must be able to wear multiple hats and be flexible for many different things that are outside of your primary scope -Challenged weekly to learn new tech, applications, and theory to stay relevant with growing tech -Provides opportunity for growth but must work hard -Stable growing company that focuses heavily on technology through engineering

-Requires you to be self motivated and stay driven; you can treat this job as just a paycheck or take it as an opportunity to learn and grow your career. -Dated instruments and systems. -Company morale could use a boost, little communication between departments, teams, and other employees. -Language barrier for some who do not speak Chinese dialects. -Corporate structure of procedures/processes can make it difficult to for some things. -Somewhat large gap between longterm employees and new employees but might be attributed to bad economic times in the past. -Longterm employees sometimes resistant to new changes.
