Pros
It's good place to wet your feet if you're starting out. Decent pay and you start racking up PTO immediately. Good benefits. Great people, you will not want for better coworkers.
Cons
Managers that breathe down your back. Unrealistic expectations where you expected to crunch and work unpaid overtime more frequently than you would like. As another comment said, they scale then go through rounds of lay offs. They fired a very experienced employee for refusing to sign off on a process change that would diminish quality (so essentially doing his job). Work gets dull after a bit.

Pros
Depending on what team you're on, you can work on some pretty neat projects (virtual reality, aircraft simulation, flashy automotive displays). Significant overtime is rare for most employees I work with. Free coffee / expresso machine / free drinks. Pay + benefits seems to be pretty competitive. They've hired new engineering management that really cares about the culture / employees and has made some good progress in that area (e.g. relaxing the dress code). In general, I think the company is moving in a good direction.
Cons
Have to sign a 2 year NDA that covers the companies competitors around the area, though my guess is that management only cares about applying this to a more senior engineers in sensitive areas.
