      Friendly staff that is there to help you

      Cons

      Nurses don't want to assist. This facility is not assisted really. There are patients who require more assistance and the use of lifts. The pay dies not equal what they demand. Always short staffed and supervisor dies not want to come in when short as in their job description

      Pros

      Wages above minimum, mostly pleasant smaller working environment at my location - I felt valued as an employee by the higher ups compared to the previous employers

      Cons

      My wage probably should have been a bit more for the amount of work and responsibility that was expected of me every day, and the actual training in the beginning left a lot of room for improvement, but overall nothing specific to complain about, and I'm fairly certain that the wage would have been increased if I had been there even a few months
