Pros

Plenty of opportunity and motivation for moving on to other companies.

Cons

Management and senior management don't appear to have a clue on how to grow a business. Employees constantly blamed for lack of success of the company. Trying to cut it's way to prosperity.

Well known name recognition within the industry. Product has a very strong reputation and is the market leader in several areas.

Cons

Most of the companies revenues come from legacy products where there is not a lot of growth potential. Most people are significantly underpaid compared to competition. Company grows by acquiring distressed companies with little upside and unstable products.
