Pros
I think in general they have a pay scale and benefits package that is standard in the "average" corporate world. Nothing to fancy, but definitely enough to consider a position there. Most of the staff in the sales side of the business is friendly and hard working. The company overall has the best of intentions to treat the staff well and do the best they can for the customers and the company. Some managers are very good about career development and supporting internal advancement.
Cons
While the company intends to do good for their employees, overworked and under appreciated staff is becoming the new norm around Digi. Executives are too focused on the Smart Solution/ Cold Chain side of the business to care that the hardware business is suffering. There are just not enough resources to deliver the high quality product that customers expect in a timely manner. To top it off, they are switching IT systems from the best in class to antiquated limited systems which will likely only cause more issues for the already overworked staff. If you are thinking about a job anywhere near the sales side of the business, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are really up for a challenge (high quotas, low resources). Maybe if you intend to join the smart solutions side of the business or engineering it wouldn't be so bad.
