I worked at the office in Lindon and it felt like it was dying. Everyone had been there for forever and they weren't very competitive.

Great people to work with.

Cons

A culture of fear has permeated the company and is reflected by flat performance and poor products. Upper management is trying to change this, but doesn't understand how to change culture. "Maybe a shiny new corporate office will do the trick?".New acquisitions with great products are swallowed up by this old-style of management and shortly wither away. Innovation requires trust and openness. These things cannot survive when fear is the ruler. Culture eats strategy for breakfast.
