      Bright and supportive leadership. Positive enviroment. "Get it done " , customer centric company. Digital Realty values it's employees opinions and works passionately to delight it's customers. I'm proud to be a part of this wonderful team.

      Pros

      Culture, Values, Commitment to Customers, Growth, Opportunity, the list goes on... At Digital you will be challenged on a daily basis, but the satisfaction and recognition from meeting and exceeding those challenges is both rewarding and invigorating.

      Cons

      Data Center Operation is a very challenging field, especially considering the vast array of customers and verticals. If you are not up for those challenges Digital can be a stressful place to work.
