      Pros

      DLR is all about professionalism and positive reinforcement. Everyone works really hard and is passionate about what they do. Kudos to all hiring managers - I have encountered top talent across all departments. Trusted and empowered workers are happy workers and this is reflected in our work!

      Work life balance is the key. Most colleagues are very helpful and nice. Also have many opportunities to learn new things if you are not afraid of challenges.

      Digital Realty acknowledges that team members have a family life so Digital Realty has a huge focus on work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not often but sometimes you are needed to work after hours. However working for Digital Realty it does not go unnoticed of the extra effort you put forth when needed.
