      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and get a great understanding about Datacentres and Property Management. This is a great company for somebody who is self-motivated and doesn't mind seeking out new things to learn and explore.

      Cons

      PM teams are very overworked and work under very tight deadlines. It's not a surprise to get 5 different Excel spreadsheets asking f or the same information or to see your peers pulling regular 12 hour days. There is very little to no training.

      -Challenging, ever changing industry -Fortune 500/200 exposure -Opportunity to be on the "Front Line" as this industry and company continue to grow. -Generous PTO -Various departments are cross connected and intertwined; allowing a great learning (and teaching) experience.

      Cons

      Not for those looking only for a "job". As anything in life or business; "you must be a participant in your own success". Demands are great, but reward is high.

      USED to be friendly, cohesive place to work.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth of the company, the cohesiveness has severely lacked. Very little socialization, VERY low morale, VERY little Management support. LOTS of wasted time on ridiculous Mgmt ideas that make no sense, since they rarely listen to hands-on experience and info. When ideas are given, they are looked at as "unrealixtic" or inappropriate. Most feel like "what's the point?".... Really sad. There are so many talented people on the campuses, but Management is NOT willing to listen. Most are too afraid to up for for of being fired or labeled as "problematic".
