      Pros

      If you have a technical interest in the operation and design of today's modern data center, you will gain an incredible amount of knowledge.

      Cons

      Understandably, the site level management is hit or miss across their portfolio. At this location, the managers worked very hard to create a culture that made employees very aware that they were either at the top or the bottom. period. This was probably the most hostile workplaces I have ever worked in my entire life.

      Casual atmosphere, lunches, benefits, hard working operations teams.

      Cons

      Where to begin...you are just an indispensable employee. They do not care about their people. Policy and process are constantly changing. Unrealistic deadlines. Do not work for this company! Sales team is a joke. They spend ridiculous amounts of money on concerts, events, etc for "clients" (no clients in actual attendance) but operations is told to cut money for essential all operational functions.

      Pros

      Great industry and merger with Digital Realty is going well. There are some very nice people who work here,scattered among the not so nice.

      Cons

      Old boys network. CYA mentality- everyone lives in fear of being fired so no one helps each other for fear of making a mistake. Can't get a thing done.
