Thank you for your honest feedback. Digital Realty has undergone a myriad of changes throughout the last year, namely one of them being a new CEO and subsequently a newly formed leadership team. To remain transparent and accountable with the many ways our company is evolving, our Human Resources department has lead communication efforts of these developments to ensure that all DLR colleagues and stakeholders are aware every step of the way. These decisions have been made thoughtfully and with intention at the leadership level and require a vehicle and strategy for disseminating to our global company of 3,500+ colleagues, for which HR is uniquely suited. While we will continue to leverage our HR department to communicate these changes, we will make an intentional effort to further explain how these decisions are made, by whom, and why to our employees, internal customers, and external customers alike.
