Working on multiple customers at a time so getting an opportunity to learn different supporting market tools and good exposure of cross RDBMS plate form synch ups. Proactively reviewing environment for Performance Tuning to take care of problems faced by users related to slow execution of queries, deadlock, blocking, etc. Performing regular audits and responsible for server security and governance Preparing a plan and deploying Ideal DR strategy for clients and documenting regular DR drills. Responsible for all client’s incident & Service requests, assigning & prioritizing with defined communication channels with guidance considering contracted SLAs.
