      Employees under the top executives are generally hard workers who want to succeed, but are shot down.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership is the worst I've ever seen in my 30 years of working in the industry, specifically the CEO and CHRO. The rest try.

      - Company is in a solid financial and market position. - Growing. - Salaries can be competitive. - Flexible schedule opportunities and above average PTO helps making the organizational dysfunctional easier to deal with. - The company makes an effort to retain top talent. - Great Office Snacks.

      Cons

      - Your experience will depend on your group or direct manager. Some groups have strong processes, work-life balance, communication, promotion opportunities, and culture; others are completely lacking. - Lack of diversity in the Executive Team. - Legacy Telx morale isn’t great: a lot more dysfunction to deal with.
