      Pros

      Great people and very interesting work and niche market. Company has been growing and expanding as well as corporate level conflicts of power caused some inefficiencies and tough work environment at times.

      Cons

      Hard to grow within over the short term 1-5 years. There are silos of communication which make work and environment hard some times. Repetitive role which could use some automating of certain tasks.
