      Pros

      Free snacks, nice office, great views of the city. Great PTO and bonus.. The company has quarterly happy hours and an awesome yearly holiday party.

      Cons

      The cooperation between the different groups could be better. Some employees are not afraid of back stabbing others to get ahead. Towards the end, Senior Leadership made decisions that made our tasks more difficult and time consuming. Unless you're an all star performer, the chances of a promotion are close to nil.

      None significant. The growth can be hard to keep up with at times, but that is the best kind of problem to have.
