      If you work shift work pray you're on day shift (1st Shift) 2nd or 3rd shift you are forgotten about and fall on deaf ears

      My direct manager is fantastic.

      Corporate Culture is BS. If you are good at that, you can join the boys club. The current top level management is all about the bottom line and very little about the customers and even less about the employees.

      Nice Buildings that are well maintained

      Site Level Management personal feel it is okay to share private and personal information about other employees with whomever they choose. Unprofessional, foul mouthed manager calls people stupid and drops the F Bomb all Day. An employee went on FMLA and she didn't want them to be granted leave so they ranted and raved the personal details of the persons issue to the whole office. Management is a closed clique with very high opinions of themselves who think they are the smartest people on earth and everyone else is sad and stupid. Horrible environment to work in. Hard working people are treated very poorly. There is no work life balance at all.
