      Pros

      Professional and lavish work environment, adequate benefits, financially solvent, 3rd party resource availability, improving their technological footprint, and name recognition.

      Cons

      Not employee focused, poor communication, no regard for employee ideas, disorganized, inefficient and ineffective at getting things done, condescending to employees, disconnected leadership.

      Pros

      Lots of very smart and motivated people that believe in what the company is doing and see the long term potential. Many people work very hard, even with very tough demands.

      Cons

      Since the recent Telx acquisition, there have been some challenges between Senior Leadership, which is creating conflict in certain areas.

      Pros

      Decent annual bonus, job security, company sponsored happy hours every quarter, fancy christmas party

      Cons

      Little attention or priority is given to any employees below director level. Promotions are most often given to VPs or above, never to the worker bees. Company is very top heavy with lots of upper management to dole out tasks, but not enough lower level employees to take on all the work. Hours are long and merit raises are minimal. Health insurance plan is atrocious and very expensive. Work life balance is abismal.
