I have a great team with strong work ethics. In general everyone in my department holds their own tasks accountable and everyone strives to deliver the best results. Mgmt is focused on not just increasing share prices but also employees well-being overall.

I absolutely love working for Digital Realty and wake up every morning thankful to be part of a company that is growing. There is a great sense of teamwork and collaboration across the organization, and I appreciate all the support I get from management, as well as the various teams. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
