Senior Management spend more time backstabbing each other and other employees than managing the company or the employees.
Politics cause more people to either be forced out or leave on their own, even when they are doing their best and are actually achieving results on a quarterly basis.
Expected to work 24/7, with no care for family obligations or personal needs - this does not apply to senior management or the sales team, but certainly applies to property management and technical operations. A normal work week is 60-70 hrs a week and includes weekends.
There is no room for growth at Digital from a career perspective.
It seems that HR is only there to protect the executives and when lower level employees bring challenges up to HR, they seem to be leaving the company after a month or two. Not healthy.
The company's internal review system is not anonymous, so you are forced to provide comments that don't reflect your actual experience, both to keep face with the exec's and to hopefully get your bonus.
