Pros

Great opportunity to learn and get a great understanding about Datacentres and Property Management. This is a great company for somebody who is self-motivated and doesn't mind seeking out new things to learn and explore.

Cons

PM teams are very overworked and work under very tight deadlines. It's not a surprise to get 5 different Excel spreadsheets asking f or the same information or to see your peers pulling regular 12 hour days. There is very little to no training.

It's common to feel frustrated and misreable everyday.

Pros

Not much to brag about... -The best thing is their product. -Also a plus...a lot of free lunches

Cons

-Too many Cheifs, not enough Indians. -No communication or respect between departments and the company does no team building to foster it. -Property mangement and customer service are the lowest on the totem pole and they are made to feel that way. -All responsibilities fall on property management regardless of the task. Everyone gets away with passing the buck. No one takes ownership. -No work life balance. If you have a family forget about working for this company. You are expected to jump when they say jump and be available 24/7. -Operates like a startup. Still hasn't found their "groove". Constantly changing processes and procedures. Poor processes in place that don't collectively benefits all teams. -Provides bonus at the end of the first quarter of the following year. -Biggest problem in SJC office is long term employees ability to walk all over people with no consequences.
