-Too many Cheifs, not enough Indians.
-No communication or respect between departments and the company does no team building to foster it.
-Property mangement and customer service are the lowest on the totem pole and they are made to feel that way.
-All responsibilities fall on property management regardless of the task. Everyone gets away with passing the buck. No one takes ownership.
-No work life balance. If you have a family forget about working for this company. You are expected to jump when they say jump and be available 24/7.
-Operates like a startup. Still hasn't found their "groove". Constantly changing processes and procedures. Poor processes in place that don't collectively benefits all teams.
-Provides bonus at the end of the first quarter of the following year.
-Biggest problem in SJC office is long term employees ability to walk all over people with no consequences.
