Pros
DLR is very close to nailing the work life balance goal that we all chase. Pay and bonus structure is great Your voice is heard
Cons
You will be stretched to provide support in areas that may not be "your responsibility" but, it doesn't go unnoticed. You will also notice that everyone around you is doing the same so it doesn't feel unfair. We are all working very hard and it can sometimes feel overwhelming however, when you take off time you are not made to feel guilty. It's actually quite the opposite- the team encourages you to completely disconnect because that time to re-charge is so important.
