      Pros

      enough independence that leaning is solely on you. There is no one watching your very step so common sense is big factor on how well you do. Its also a job where you will be given tasks to do that you've probably never encountered but will have to figure out. its demanding but also a self reliant job where its better to take things slow and make sure they are done right so that the customers network does not get impacted more than needed.

      On job training is not as prevalent as it should be.

      Reputable name. Typical pay, benefits.

      Horrendous culture. Site manager and leader of site operations staff are grossly incompetent, childish and disconnected from values and ethics. The two leaders of the site display obvious favoritism by allowing two sets of rules and go out of their way to ridicule, intimidate and ostracize team members they don’t like. Perfect example is one member was allowed 4 no-call no-shows for shift without one disciplinary action taken and the another team member was terminated for arriving to shift one hour late. Team support, leadership training and guidance are non-existent and as a result more than half of the staff have left.
