      *No real work *Easy money *Decent benefits

      Cons

      *A good portion of the staff was referred by managers and seem to receive preferential treatment/better shifts (also seem to take PTO indiscriminately off the books) *Extremely limited staffing for certain shifts and unresponsive management *2 African American employees/lack of diversity (all of which started on nightshift and mostly stayed there) *No real skill development/poor training
