I’ve been working at DSC for a short time. So far so good! The people are pretty cool and seem to like what they do and the environment. Upper management takes an effort to really get to know the new people. We had a “new hire” breakfast with the CEO to give us an opportunity to meet him. I have to agree with the other posts and say, these are the best benefits I’ve had at any company. I think coming to here was a good decision. Lunches on Fridays are a nice plus and it looks like they try to mix it up so it’s not always the same thing. From talking to some of the other employees, it sounds like they do a good job of promoting from within. I’m looking forward to checking out some of the company events that that have been mentioned.

DSC has a good mix of professionals with intellectual rigor, technological curiosity and a desire to excel. Genuinely nice people make DSC a great company to work for. I joined the company several years ago. I appreciate the work culture and the opportunities for professional development and growth. The benefits offered go well beyond comprehensive medical plans – the company events and networking outings are great and we get to take our dog to work one day per week!
