Pros

Digital Turbine has a great inclusive and supportive work environment that excels at collaboration between team members. There are constant opportunities for growth in the long term with the company. Management also genuinely cares about the well being of their employees and listens to what they have to say. The unlimited vacation is also very nice.

Cons

Communication between upper management can be improved.

Great place to work and it is fun to come to work. The people are great and supportive of one another. Onsite and offsite happy hours and lunches. Excellent vacation policy. A great respect for work life balance - which creates a trusting environment. CEO is friendly and approachable.

Good communication between locations is sometimes lacking but it is improving

The company is not doing well financially and is chasing money at every opportunity Upper management are not on the same page about anything Sales-driven deadlines Do not listen to engineers One of those 'Agile in name only' shops
