Growing company with some amazing people. The environment really opens itself up to career growth - if you see an opportunity within the company and take it upon yourself to fill that need it is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Growing company so typical challenges (lack of resources, sometimes long hours) but quickly working to fix that. Office in Austin is small, thankfully new space is incoming
