This company is a great stepping stone if you’re out of college and looking to get a resume builder.

Cons

Shady leadership hinders any long term careers/growth, continue to update policies without consideration of their workers, even when those policies are detrimental. They say they have the best work culture but it’s all a bluff, you’ll find yourself looking for new jobs after about 2 years.
