Pros

The New York office is swarming with smart, intelligent people. You are a part of a really great team and feel like a true contributor. There are some really great people. If you are not from the NY-area, you'll find a friend. While the pay isn't great, the benefits package sure are. You get great time off and solid healthcare.

Cons

-In NY, there is very little work/life balance. Expect to work late nights and weekends...with minimal pay at the entry level. -Very easy to get burned out -Many layoff waves

Pros

The culture at work is fun and very young. The benefits at the company are great and they work with very reputable companies

Cons

Working long hours and sometimes feel like, "just another employee," in a big corporate office. Limited growth opportunity in most departments.

Enjoyable work enviroment but many area's of improvement are needed

Pros

- good work environemt - people are nice and respectful - generous salary - high profile clients - great resume builder -flexible schedule, working from home is a frequent occurance for many team members

Cons

- choppy training which makes it difficult to learn your role quickly - upper level management is for the most part unavailable and you have to fend for yourself - work long hours -can be boring, not very exciting creative work
