Management is antisocial and disconnected from the reality of the business. During my 4-year tenure, the turnover was constant—nearly everyone I started with was replaced. There is a clear bias against older staff members. They do not reward performance. You have to quit and show a competing offer just to get a fair wage. A toxic environment that treats employees as disposable.
