Pros

Exposure to large pharmaceutical client accounts and great digital advertising experience. Great vacation time allowance and benefits.

Cons

Upper management comes across as distrustful and fake in their attempts to restructure and unite the agency, especially after multiple rounds of layoffs this year. Expectations for roles vary significantly between internal client teams. Most managers are either micromanaging or distant, and it takes a long time to advance - especially if you shift teams/managers.

- Lots of employee perks - Lots of professional development opportunities - Working on cutting edge projects for top shelf brands

Cons

Politics are brutal - My dept and team are so overworked I never get to take advantage of the professional development opportunities - Committing to work we don't know how to do only to have to deal with angry clients when the work is delivered poorly

Wonderful, passionate people below management who truly care about the work and one another. Standard nyc agency benefits which are great.

Cons

No leadership and poor management. No interest in employees, the work they are doing or how to make the work better. Decisions are made via office gossip. Terrible office space.
