Resume builder, great for those young in their career Great people Fun, lively open office feel Nearly everyone who works there is attractive Great culture Free Wawa coffee Opportunities to work on the biggest healthcare brands - but don't think you're going to make any impact. With 5+ agencies at the table and yearly strategy/client turnover it's more of a game of blocking and tackling to hold onto business than it is about driving business objectives for the brand or (gasp) supporting patients/professionals. You're going to learn how to create good PowerPoint decks - lots of them If you're any good you're going to learn how to navigate bloated and dysfunctional client/agency groups to get things done - a valuable skill to have Benefits are fantastic, you literally get two months off every year

Cons

Seems to be a leadership vacuum at the top. Too many layers of Publicis leads to... Slow moving on raises and promotions, you will be doing work at a level above your role for months to years before being considered for promotion When you do get a bump it's still below market value (they need that money to pay the many layers between you and Paris) Recent turn over has led to poor staffing, which leads to more turnover. Typically overworked, which doesn't lend itself to strategic thinking Media department is a factory filled with young overworked good-looking recent college grads with little sense of what goes into a successful healthcare marketing strategy.
