Everyone is incredibly smart, tons of resources and the agency is well-respected.

Cons

Incredibly long hours = 14+ hour days. Lots of vacation time but expected to be reachable at all times. Turnover as no one gets promoted.

Pros

The best thing about this company is the co-workers--- really smart, talented, dedicated peers who inspire you and teach you. It's a great place to learn and the benefits are great.

Cons

The leadership. Very, very slimy. They lie to employees below them to keep them from quitting. I've heard the words "promotions aren't happening, so don't ask" from leaders of the org to the whole group. They will promise that you are next on the list for promotions for months and months while round pass with people who make threats to go to another agency getting promotions ahead of those who stay loyal and believe them. It's such a toxic environment-- I really wouldn't suggest anyone coming here who is looking to build their career. It's really hard to watch your friends be taken advantage of month after month.
