Pros

- The people are great, especially within Strategy & Analysis. I had multiple mentors who were invested in my career and provided opportunities to grow - Collaborative, social, fun environment. People work hard, but they know how to have fun too. Informal social gatherings are frequent and office parties are a blast - Everyone is willing to give a lending hand. Training is unstructured but effective, as managers do a great job at directing their staff to internal resources to answer questions and solve problems. - What Digitas lacks in terms of salary, it makes up for in time off. Tons of paid holidays, flex time and vacation.

Cons

- No bonuses and pay is low (comparable to other agencies, though); raises are insignificant and irregular (every other year, maybe) - Growth is slowing down, making opportunities to advance to director and VP roles more difficult

The Agency has premium clients and decent reputation in the industry, they to establish learning program, outings and good number of vacation days (although you won't be able to use them all...)

Cons

Lack of career management structure, overall chaotic approach to getting things done, very high turnover, too many inefficient meetings, superficial approach to problem solving; mostly inflating promises to the clients (likely all these components are not an unusual in media world)
