Good place to work in the Agency world

Pros

- Digitas has a very fun, casual, collaborative atmosphere - Benefits package is great... lots of vacation/flex days and lots of holidays - Managers are very flexible to let employees follow their career goals and provide a lot of encouragement

Cons

- Some teams work pretty hard and put in long hours on a regular basis - Work is pretty repetitive and gets boring after a while

Pros

Really nice people at the manager and below position. Very down to earth. HR staff are really helpful and want you to get to your perfect position. Strategy drives most of the business in the agency, so as a member of S&A you've got a lot of power.

Cons

At AD and above, the leadership wouldn't be very clear about promotions. You're only on one client (GM) so if you want to work on other brands there' no opportunity.

Cons

- Lack of office culture in the Atlanta office - Absolutely NO work life balance - Most of S&A is based in Boston, so face to face interaction is limited
