      Pros

      Mostly good so far. Galway office is beautiful, has a great buzz and they are very understandable and flexible about remote working.

      Cons

      Pain point due to all the acquisitions while understandable, is difficult.

      Love working at Diligent!

      Pros

      I've been working at Diligent for a little over a year and have to say that it's been a great experience. From the beginning, I've received a huge amount of support from my team and have been seriously impressed by the very positive work culture that is cultivated at Diligent. I have also been continuously encouraged in my professional development and received a promotion a little over a year into my employment. I'm really really happy here. :)
