      Pros

      I have been with Diligent for almost 5 years and absolutely love it. I can;t say enough good things about the people, the leadership and our solutions. Diligent really cares about delighting its cusotmer which gives you a sense of pride. You work very hard but also have a lot of flexibility to spend time with friends and family.

      Cons

      There is constant change as the company grows. This is not a bad thing, in fact, it is normal but not for everyone. You need to be ok with change and adapt to it. This is one of the "cons" that I actually thrive on. I love change and love to be challenged and see improvements.

      Great company to work at

      Pros

      Great benefits including paid time-off, holidays and recharge weeks. Great work life balance. Culture is great for a large company.

      Cons

      Promotions happen semi annually and no clear career outline. On-boarding was confusing. So many acquisitions that each company has own systems and methods. Management focuses primarily on calling out sales and does not regularly recognize those who support them.

The twice-yearly promotion cycle allows for career pathing discussions to happen during performance reviews. Of course, we always want to recognize our team members in a timely fashion so out-of-cycle promotions can and do happen. And with so many talented team members across the organization, we continue to add new ways to recognize our colleagues through programs like our Values Awards, spot bonuses and training and mentorship opportunities like Change Agents.       Great Atmosphere, Great Culture, Great Management.

      Pros

      Diligent is a great place to work. I was promoted to senior just over a year into my job. From day 1, I was encouraged to develop my career and have always been encouraged that there are so many opportunities within Diligent even outside my own team. There is a great openness in the company, where all people, regardless of seniority or position, are approachable. Diligent boasts some of the greatest offices in the most amazing of cities, from the heart of Galway to Budapest, to Washington DC. Diligent offers the opportunity to travel, work from home, or in luxury office space with kitchens kitted out with necessities of fruit, cereals, tea, coffee and more. Diligent shows a great duty of care to its workers. From recharge week, where they gave the company two full weeks off outside of annual leave allowances, to open town-halls where they give honest updated about our performances and plenty of swag in between. Finally, the benefits package Diligent offers is very comprehensive.
