      I guess the health benefits are pretty decent

      Cons

      Management that is not involved in your day-to-day. You are told to figure it out yourself. No call reviews, no growth trajectory. I've been here for so long and yet they still have not figured out what is the career path. How is that possible if you've been a running organization for so long?

      Great company, great benefits, and room to grow!

      Pros

      Benefits are great, as they really care about their employees. Vacation time and extra recharge weeks, plus work from home flexibility provide wonderful work like balance. The company encourages growth and fosters lots of opportunities for movement, recognition, and rewards those that do well in their roles. Company culture is great, even with offices around the globe I still feel apart of the bigger picture.

      Cons

      As with a lot of larger companies, sometimes there is a lot of red tape to get things done. Too many departments to go through to get an answer. Turnover can be challenging as there are always new people getting trained in departments, which can slow down progress.
