We appreciate your comments! It’s great to hear you enjoy our collaborative work environment. We certainly believe that the people at Diligent are what make our company so special and regularly look for ways we can acknowledge everyone’s hard work and celebrate this. If you have specific ideas, we are all ears and would love to hear them! As for your other comments, while we are planning to re-open our offices in September where local health and safety standards allow, we certainly plan to continue offering flexibility to our team, as we know how important that is to our colleagues. Please feel free to share any more specific feedback with your manager or directly to us at HRconfidential@diligent.com. Thank you for being a part of the Diligent team. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Work remotely So understaffed/under-resourced that there are many opportunities to learn and gain new experiences.

Cons

It is not humanly possible to integrate this many companies into one unit in such a short period of time. Change can be invigorating and energizing and exciting but this is just draining and exhausting This is a private equity situation - probably no worse than other similar situations - investors put in money, try to make a quick turnaround and get out with a large profit. Ready for them to leave hoping that whoever comes next has more interest in operating a sustainable business.

Thank you for your comments. We hear your feedback and certainly appreciate how much has been happening at Diligent lately – not least the important strategic acquisitions we’ve made this year, as a complement to our track record of significant organic growth. We are really grateful to our teams around the world who have risen to the challenges of working in a fast-paced culture and supporting our growth journey. Every company that has scaled and evolved at the pace that we have, in pursuit of fulfilling an important purpose, naturally experiences some growing pains – the integration of acquisitions included. We don’t take these lightly and, throughout our integration efforts, have done everything we can to minimize disruptions to our customers and teams internally. We also know how important it is to help our teams achieve a sustainable work-life balance, which is why we have implemented initiatives recently such as no internal meeting days and additional vacation days over the past couple months – and will continue to do so. If you ever have specific feedback on how and where we can improve and better support you, please don’t be afraid to share it with your manager or leader, or anonymously at HRconfidential@diligent.com. Thank you again. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
