We are and have been intensely focused on driving the greatest possible impact for our clients. That has meant a number of strategic changes to our business, including tailoring our organizational structure around our clients’ needs to meet them even better. We’ve considered these carefully for many months and have done everything we can to minimize disruption for our people, while continuing to provide clients with the concierge-level service they know and trust. We know that change is never easy, and there can be naturally be bumps along the way. But we have made a concerted effort to make things as seamless as possible and improve as we go. Ensuring all our colleagues feel fully supported is one of our most important priorities. We appreciate your honest feedback. It’s certainly great to hear you appreciate our company’s growth trajectory and potential, as well as our competitive total rewards. We hear your comments about work-life balance, and it is something we have been and are deeply focused on, to ensure our colleagues feel supported on all fronts. We are very committed to supporting mental health with various initiatives and sessions during the pandemic to build connections with others and de-stress – most notably a mandatory “no Zoom” week and additional vacation days. And we have comprehensive paid leave policies in place to ensure everyone gets the family time they need and want. We are fully invested in a collaborative, supportive environment as a key tenet for our success as an organization.
