Pros

- Very Marketable product - Excellent Vision of what transformation can happen through Diligent - High contact with C-suite levels of the organisation

Cons

- Incompetent leadership - Aged Product with zero vision or plans for improvement regardless of demand - Career Progression, limited to non-existent - Quarter-by-quarter budgeting / Process for the sake of process / Lack of regional awareness & overall client & colleague care

We are and have been intensely focused on driving the greatest possible impact for our clients. That has meant a number of strategic changes to our business, including tailoring our organizational structure around our clients’ needs to meet them even better. We’ve considered these carefully for many months and have done everything we can to minimize disruption for our people, while continuing to provide clients with the concierge-level service they know and trust. We know that change is never easy, and there can be naturally be bumps along the way. But we have made a concerted effort to make things as seamless as possible and improve as we go. Ensuring all our colleagues feel fully supported is one of our most important priorities. We want everyone to feel like they can develop meaningful career pathways, and we’re constantly looking for opportunities to expose all of our people to skills training and new responsibilities. Pros

- salaries are competitive - they do office snacks (but that doesn't make up for the rest) - from a company health standpoint, they are growing and healthy

Cons

- expect too much from their employees, work trumps all- your life, your family, your mental health - elite-ist layer with upper management - employee development and growth opportunities are sporadic and undefined. If you get in with the right crowd you will be better positioned - they talk about culture and values, but it is words they plaster on the walls vs. felt within the company culture
