Pros

- learn how to succeed within a high growth SaaS company - great talent is highly respected and supported - employees really care about the customer

Cons

- fast pace, so sometimes we're not great "completer-finishers" - rapid change sometimes hard to keep up with

We appreciate your feedback and glad to hear you’re having a positive experience in your first year at Diligent! The unwavering commitment to our clients and our teams that you described is at the core of the Diligent experience, so it’s great that you’re seeing that come to life. This is absolutely a fast-moving organization, which creates unique opportunities as well as occasional challenges. We are proud of what the team has accomplished and always appreciate areas to continue to focus on. If there are any specific ways you feel we could be supporting you even better, please feel free to speak with your manager, leader, or HR. Thanks again and we’re very happy to have you on the team. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

1.If you land a good manager then the work environment isnt bad 2. Comp plan is decent in sales - commission rate is good 3. Taking holidays is never an issue. Infact sometimes the CEO declares extra holidays on certain occasions

Cons

1.. They run sales like an factory of sales people - you are given a list of products and just start selling them. 2. No focus on career development or any strategic conversaions. I have been around for 20 months and not once has anyone asked me about my career goals or path or anything like that. 3. Managers are obsessed with numbers /forecasting. 4. Senior Managers are full of platitudes and everything is ''super'' exciting if you talk to them, but very little of that excitement percolates down into the trenches.

Thanks for the candid review. We’re glad to hear you felt like you have benefitted from certain aspects of Diligent, including our culture, competitive compensation, and benefits. We are sorry to hear you haven’t felt fully supported on the front lines. As a company that puts the client at the center of everything we do, our customer facing teams without question are the engine of our success. The core objective of the regular enablement and training we provide is to ensure our commercial teams feel totally empowered to be the face of Diligent and build great relationships with our valued clients and prospects – backed by a detailed knowledge of our solution set. Likewise, we have invested in one-on-one coaching and career sessions with leadership, as well as established clear career frameworks and pathways. We absolutely want you to feel like you can grow with us here and will take this feedback onboard to ensure our managers are communicating these even more clearly. I encourage you to reach out to your manager, leader, or a member of the HR team – whoever you feel most comfortable speaking with, so that we can better support you. You can also share with us feedback anonymously at HRconfidential@diligent.com. Thank you again for your contributions to Diligent. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

- Market leading products with strong customer loyalty - Areas of global leadership that are strategic thinkers.

Cons

- Driving high performers out of business based on global restructure that continues to not address APAC market conditions. - Customer experience quickly being eroded for profit. - International sales leadership focused on "internal messaging" versus enabling urgent blocks to be removed locally in APAC. - Sales structure seeing over commitment to areas and less support for critical areas of growth. - Global people leadership more focused on external market messaging to address consistent resignations across the globe - including verbose and misleading responses on this platform - then enabling people to thrive and succeed. - Moving to a model that is removing ability to earn (lesser paid people with smaller earning potential). - Sales leadership in Australia lacks knowledge of governance required to effectively position business long term. - Local HR focused on big picture processes and lacks capability to drive culture locally. - Embarrassing off boarding processes that speak to not addressing issues repeated on multiple departures.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments on the strength of our products, longstanding relationships with our valued clients, and market leadership. We did recently undertake a strategic transformation of our business, in order to drive even greater impact for our clients. The steps we have taken and continue to take were based directly on a thoughtful analysis of our global business, as well as direct feedback from our customers and internal teams on how we could make it easier to do business both within and outside of Diligent. We don’t take lightly the impacts of those changes to certain teams, but it’s important to note that through our transformation, we also ramped up teams in many parts of the world, focused on improving many of our internal processes, and implemented additional resources to support individuals and teams in-region based on ongoing feedback. As for your other comments, we are really sorry to hear about your experience and how things changed for you at Diligent. We want every team member at Diligent to feel like they have a runway for growth with us, are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work and contributions to our success, and are enjoying our fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused culture. We take your feedback onboard and wish that there is more we could have done for you during your time with us. Regardless, we thank you again for these comments, and best of luck on your next step. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
