We work to address the complexity of the industry by providing more onboarding and training for all new team members and have robust enablement program for our sales teams, which depends not just on our comprehensive sales materials, but in creating a more collaborative environment where team members can share their knowledge and expertise.
We are also committed to improving sales leadership by providing our people leaders with the necessary training and resources to be effective coaches and managers. We also strive to reduce the pressure on our leaders by streamlining processes and improving communication across the organization through tools like our V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), monthly Town Halls and designated Slack channels.
We are committed to further developing our products to meet our customers evolving needs, investing heavily in research and development to improve the maturity of our products.
