Pros

As a remote employee, I have loved having the flexibility to work from home while having some in-office perks. I was trained in the office and attended in-person events before COVID. I enjoy the vacation policy and the flex time as well as the assistance on the gym membership. I feel supported by the company as we were given numerous mental health check-ins as well as virtual events to boost morale. I have been really pleased with the DEI&I inititiatives and am happy to see the creation of new ERG's!

Cons

Acquisitions are happening quickly, sometimes not seamlessly. Some top developer talent has been lost in the move to Ireland.

Pros

Strong mission, visionary leadership, great products with strong reputation, fast growth, smart & competent team, advancement opportunities, global company that encourages travel

Cons

Fast growth means some important steps get shortcut/missed. Internal communications can be especially hard across multiple time zones with a global team. Many projects are treated as "fire drills" that don't need to be - even some that we know about for a while seem to not really get attention until the absolute last minute. That said, we've all gotten really good at handling crises as a result, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is being responsive in the moment and showing strong leadership through the crisis. So, maybe all the fire drills weren't always a bad thing...

Even if we don’t have all the answers, we are prioritizing frequent communication, and early steps, like recommending all employees work from home, is one way we are doing our part to slow the spread.
