Pros

Flexibility to work from home, decent food and coffee, great office location.

Cons

Company is all talk with no action to follow up on promises. childish top management, no real experience in leading multi cultural, multi geography. Teams Inter department co-operation is a joke . Marketing teams completely disconnected with sales and CS. The less said about finance the better. HR has no teeth and is busy managing the companys image on glassdoor asking current employees to give good reviews .

Pros

none other than the fact I got out of there ASAP!

Cons

The office is small and very dirty. There are not enough desks for the people that work there and everyone is always having to move around. The bathrooms are dirty and for weeks there was no running water on the 3rd floor location. There are boxes and junk everyone. It is a place I was not proud to work. The executive team is subpar at best. The CEO is horrible and condescending, could not stand him. It is not a culture I would want to work which is why I left. It is a young team overall and just a "throw things against the wall approach" to see what sticks. They did not have systems or data that would allow people to do their jobs.

Pros

They have a good product but their management need a lof of work. Employees and their professionalism despite of circumstances.

Cons

They are losing good employees due to their lack of judgement and poor communication.They are over working their employees because they are not hiring enough people, not compensating employees considering their experience. There is also politics and favoritism for the one getting promoted. They don't take employee complaints seriously regarding sexual harassment.
