Too much work, low salary, although offers unlimited leave the volume of work doesn't allow employees to take enough leave

Awesome people with an ambitious vision

Pros

Amazing teams, full of deep domain expertise and knowledge. Good pay and flexible/competitive time off and other benefits. A really ambitious and empowering vision for the company and it's impact.

Cons

Ambitious vision is countered by lack of clear strategy, leadership and ownership - once this is figured out, the organization and it's people will really thrive.
