Pros

Cab facility is good and food provided is good

Worst leader in Banglore office they are doing more ploitics and asking many employees to leave the company and HR team is dummy they are not helpfull to the employees and there is no Proper HR people here they are very strict on silly things leaders and HR team is not all worrying about company vision quality. they are more focused on how to remove old employees and how to torture the employees how to irritate the employees for small reason

Pros

The only real pro is the cab service for commuting in Bangalore. All my ratings are 1 star as I cannot give zero, which would be more fitting!

Cons

Mismanagement at every level. Certain teams barely contribute yet spend most of their time in the cafeteria or outside “chilling,” but still seem to receive all the perks—foreign trips, parties, and special treatment. Meanwhile, the engineering and product teams, who carry the real workload, are pushed to the point of burnout. It feels like a classic chop shop with no regard for employee well-being. No proper HR team in India. There is effectively no reliable, on-the-ground HR presence. Employee issues are either ignored or handled poorly, worsening morale and leaving employees feeling unsupported. Leadership appears disconnected from reality. Senior management seems more focused on luxury travel, “strategy meetings” in expensive locations, and indulgent experiences rather than improving the culture or addressing operational issues. From the outside, it often feels like leadership is absorbed in their own world rather than the company’s needs. CEO behavior contributes to the perception of vanity. In my personal experience, the CEO seems more focused on image—often appearing preoccupied with self-promotion and optics—which does little to inspire confidence among employees who are overworked and under-recognized. Minimal investment in employee welfare. Most spending appears to go toward leadership perks, not the people actually contributing to the company’s success.

Some nice colleagues who are your therapy.

Cons

The irony is that Diligent has a product callwd Vault which is an AI-powered ethics and compliance solution that empowers organizations to foster a speak-up culture, mitigate misconduct risks, and strengthen compliance. The real need for this product is within Diligent where there is a culture of harassment by HR senior leadership, unfair promotion practices and where whistle-blower or ones who question it as laid off or PIPed. Please research the organization you join and join a good company. Don't join here.
