Pros

Pay was decent. But beware of pay cuts should you not meet your quota.

Cons

Some of the rudest people I've ever worked for. I was constantly lied to and taken advantage of by managers, made to pick up messes they themselves created and then yelled at if I didn't do it fast enough. When i tried to stick up fot myself I was calles too sensitive and a liar. Promotions and raises given out not to those who worked hard and deserved them but who had the highest sales numbers. Lying to customers was encouraged, anything to get a sale or to open their bogus credit card. Dishonesty was their policy.

Pros

The salary offered is okay to start but you will never get a raise. The work is not hard but the stores are slow because Dillard's will never advertise.

Cons

Most people get fired or quit because the Sales per hour goals are unreachable. The store has no business. The company makes you sign up for a Dillard's card to get your discount. Way to go Mr. Dillard. what a good business sense to make money off your employees in interest because you can't get people into your store. There was no training. I was just thrown onto the floor and expected to sell. I didn't even know where to park or how to clock in much less the register. Middle management is horrible.

Pros

The pay and coworkers are really good.

Cons

You get really bad hours. Don't always get days you need off. It's boring.
