Good pay, that's literally it.

Cons

everything. the environment is depressing, the push for sales is even more depressing, and most of all the management is EXTREMELY incompetent in terms of caring for their employees. you're just an associate number to them and they'll find any reason to fire a person and even push you to do projects (for no special pay/advantages) and take your time off the sales floor and STILL expect you to make your numbers no matter if the project keeps you off the floor for DAYS, missing your numbers. I would advise you to look for a job literally anywhere else. the pay is not worth the struggles you'll experience.

Overworked, underappreciated, but nice discount

Pros

-amazing discount in the store. Hardly an exclusions and your discount was good on sale too -Can be a fun work environment based on your associates and area (and if you are doing well) -not a desk job

Cons

-horrible corporate upper management that trickles down to store level -chastised & embarrassed if your sales are doing poorly -little direction or help to turn around sales from store manager (could be personal experience) -no training program

Starting pay is $13 which is great An hour lunch break Guaranteed 28 hours

Cons

Quota is sometimes ridiculous for the employees mainly because its unachieveable when the store is dead Don’t hit your numbers you will get fired. Not a secure job Not a good work / life balance if your attending school!
