Pros
It’s a good job if you’re in school. It’s fast paced and always busy and the pay is high for the amount of hours you work
Cons
Favoritism is a big thing here. Managers and staff felt very cliquey and there was always some form of drama happening. Communication amongst the managers was also very poor. Leads were always micromanaging you regardless of the effort you put in. Unless you’re already friends with someone who works there, you will be trained and treated poorly. If you can’t handle how busy they are too you will be seen as weak. There’s a high turnover rate, and not so nice things were said about the people who left. They also hire waaayy to many people, each shift is only 4-5 hours and you can never get over 30 hours a week due to the competition of picking up a shift. It’s also extremely corporate for being a restaurant.
