Pros

There are a lot of moving parts so there's always something to work on. Very competitive pay. Good job for those who just want to clock in and clock out, do exactly as they say. No push back or questioning their decisions.

Cons

They don't show you the P&L, they pull out sections they'll let you see, so you won't actually learn to read their P&L statements. They'll question your budgets but not give you a full actual statement to look over. They did not have structured training for managers. You need to ask for permission for just about every decision you make. If you're looking to work for a company that will pay you a lot of money and not give you structured training, this is it. There is limited growth opportunities in this company. Your opinion isn't really considered when it comes to really anything. They kind of pay you off to keep your mouth closed.

All of my coworkers were so friendly and supportive from the jump, which was what lead me to stay at this place longer than I originally intended on. High pay but not worth risking ur mental health

Cons

For managers who make up to 6 figures they sure as hell don't know how to do their job, not catering towards employees, and only actually do their job when regionals show up, its a mentally draining place to work at, only take up this job if its a last resort. No support from management at all and FAVORITISM I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH, In all departments I see it and it's honestly so disappointing that such a big company fails to be catering towards their employees.

Totally overworked Would have us clock out just before 6 hours or 8 and even asked me to change my time card 5 minutes back so I wouldn’t get OT
