Pros

Work with some of the sweetest coworkers I have ever met. Considerate and very teamwork oriented environment. Time goes quickly.

Cons

Little communication between management. Receive instructions from one manager and different from another the next day. Very few team meetings, and a high turnover rate. The work is very fast paced for a very high volume restaurant. That being considered, the management and owners expect a heavy workload. All FOH workers are mandatory part time so that they dont have to pay health benefits. Love the chain but not the corporate direction the company has taken.

I was hired on the spot/told that did not happen often and was so greatful. I worked decent hours and always showed up early ready to work never ONCE had an issue with management or co workers. A day before my 3 month probation ended, I was brought into the office (thinking I would be promoted since other managers had mentioned they would like to move me up) and was fired. With NO explanation. Former employers of mine would say they wish I would come back to their team. It is not like me to ever have issue with management. Something was not right and to this day I do not know why I was let go and they sent me out with a smile, did not give a crap about me. I now know I am not the only one either. Favoritism..

Cons

PRO- pays good. Can't complain with those checks CONS- MANAGEMENT!!

Pros

Staffed up, so the teamwork helps. Guests are pretty nice. Time goes by pretty quickly.

Cons

The owners don't care about their staff at all. They just scold you and never praise you. No matter what you do, it is not good enough. The micromanage you to the nth degree and make you feel like dirt.
